ISS Facility Services Landscaping is the UK's leading grounds maintenance service provider. 

Our capability to provide service excellence over the full range of landscaping services on a national basis has made ISS a trusted partner to both the private and public sectors for over 30 years. 

Our core services are delivered by our experienced and skilled management and workforce teams, and include grounds maintenance, landscape construction, tree surgery, winter gritting and snow clearance, interior plants, floristy and Christmas trees.

We are accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 and have numerous Chelsea Gold Medals, BALI awards, eFIG awards, Green Flags and Gold RoSPA's which demonstrate our commitment to quality and service excellence.

ISS has extensive UK depots, 1500 directly employed staff, 500 seasonal staff and Lantra approved in house training for our nationwide service.

2011 to date | Housing Association
ISS has been working in partnership with ACHA since 2011, securing the contract on the basis of best value solutions and the clientís confidence in our ability to deliver the required high quality specification.

Additionally, ISSís full national coverage placed us in a prime position to be able to cover the vast geographic spread of this particular contract, with 16 team leaders and operatives dedicated to this contract, supported by a regional area manager and assistant area manager.

Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) is a registered social landlord providing over 5,000 affordable homes for rent. Their houses span across 11 islands and are in every major settlement in Argyll and Bute. ACHAís mission is to be a modern landlord of choice by meeting housing need and providing high quality services.

As Scotlandís eighth largest housing association, ACHA houses 17% of the population of Argyll and Bute.

2011 to date | Golf
ISS was awarded the contract at Horwich Golf Course following a one-to-one negotiation process, as a result of ISSís ability to offer added value, an improved specification and a bespoke financial package which included asset purchase and transfer of staff.
